Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Delivery — UAE
Standard delivery within the UAE takes 3–5 business days. Free shipping on all UAE orders over AED 150.
Delivery — International
We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location, typically between 7–14 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
A note on delays
Occasionally, delays occur outside of our control — customs clearance, local holidays, or courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience, and we are always happy to help trace an order if something seems off.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and returned in its original, untampered packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used — this applies to all Sabun formulas.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a photograph, and we will make it right.
To initiate a return: Contact us at hello@fromsabun.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
